Kapul (tree kangaroo) in the Morning

In the morning, one of the villagers brought us his "pet" tree kangaroo. The night before he had asked us if we had ever seen one, and described how he caught it. Tree kangaroos are found deep in the bush, and you go at night. Using a light to shine in their eyes, you then climb the tree to get it. This one he got as a baby, and plan to eat it, when it gets a little bigger.
This was our host family, who let us all sleep in their house.
The kids had a great time, playing with it, and chasing it. One of the legs had been injured, so that it couldn't get away very easy.
